If you have a personal computer you will know that you need to install your system with every piece or technology, antivirus and anti malware out there. This is mainly due down to the fact that hackers create these viruses to get into other peoples computers and gain access to private information. Hacking and viruses cost the online community millions, if not billions of dollars every single year.
But this could all soon be changing; we could now be seeing a new flourish of viruses attacking something altogether different and that is mobile phones. Over the past decade or so the mobile phone marketplace has literally exploded. What these phones are famous for though is the internet, you can literally surf the internet like you would do on any single computer throughout the world, but these phones do not seem to have any anti virus or anti hacking software in place. Hence this makes it a downright hackers dream. You could merely end up download computer virus after virus on your handset.
What makes this even more worrying is that the hackers could potentially see everything available on your phone. As well as this they can also get into your phone line and run up a vast bill. As we are already well mindful sassy phones are primarily on contract, so there is no limit on the bill that the hackers could run up.
Mobile virus software needs to hit the mass scale market and it needs to be preinstalled on the mobile phones before they get purchased. Otherwise we could see a huge increase in mobile phone fraud.
